This Sun-Tek skylight comes with a built-in flashing, eliminating the need for an additional flashing kit. It also includes a 4-in flat flange and a 20-year limited warranty. The skylight is completely assembled and comes ready to install with all necessary hardware included. The glass is made of Argon-filled LoE3-340 double insulated tempered glass, which provides the best thermal benefits. The built-in aluminum curb is only 2-1/8-in high, giving it a streamlined profile. This skylight is approved by the Florida building code and the Texas department of insurance. Please note that it requires a minimum pitch of 2:12 or 9-1/2 degrees and should not be used on metal roofs.
