The skylight is completely assembled and includes installation hardware, so no additional flashing kit is needed. The tempered low-e argon glass is argon-filled and double insulated, providing maximum thermal benefits. It is approved for use by the Florida building code and the Texas department of insurance, but requires a minimum pitch of 2:12 or 9-1/2 degrees.
