It seals the top and sides of the door, preventing heat or air conditioning from escaping and saving energy. Simply press it into the pre-cut slot on the door stop for easy installation, no hardware required. Before installing, cut it to desired length with scissors. Made of flexible vinyl-coated foam, this weatherstrip seals gaps up to 1/2 inch. Three sticks are needed to provide a complete seal around the top and sides of the door. Measuring 81 inches in length, 1-1/8 inches in width, and 1/2 inch in height, it replaces the kerf/channel fit weatherstrip and installs in the kerf/channel of the door stop.
