Block particles from clogging and potentially damaging emitters in your drip system with the “Y” filter. This component has a 3/4 in. MPT inlet and outlet, and connects to 3/4 in. FPT pipe, such as a sprinkler riser. It also includes a 3/4 in. pipe/pipe swivel coupling. To install, position the arrow on the “Y” filter in the direction of water flow and screw on to attach. The “Y” filter comes with a 150-mesh screen filter that’s removable for cleaning and maintenance—unscrew the flush cap, remove the middle housing, and pull out the filter to clean or replace. The “Y” filter housing is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors, and contains a polyester filter.
