Make it easier to connect your distribution tubing to your drip system water source with the 5/8 in. X 3/4 in. FHT Compression Swivel Adapter. The built-in swivel keeps the tubing from kinking when attaching or removing the adapter. Thread the fitting onto a hose bibb or garden hose and insert 5/8 in. supply tubing or dripline into the compression ring, where an internal barb compresses the tubing for a watertight fit. Filter washer inside screens out particles. Compression swivel adapter is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking.
- Connect 5/8 in. distribution tubing or dripline to your water source; built-in swivel allows you to add or remove the adapter without twisting and potentially kinking the tubing; Connect to water source, such as a hose bibb or garden hose
- Fits 5/8 in. tubing and dripline with outside diameter of 0.700 in. on one end, 3/4 in. MHT connection point on opposite end
- Thread the 3/4 in. FHT connection point of the adapter onto the MHT connection point on hose bibb or garden hose; insert the 5/8 in. tubing into the other end, where an internal barb holds it in place
- Built-in swivel makes it convenient to remove or attach adapter without twisting and potentially kinking the tubing
- Compression fitting creates a watertight seal; internal barb that compresses the inserted tubing to hold it in place; unlike a barbed fitting, the tubing is not stretched out to connect to the fitting
- Filter washer inside the adapter ensures a watertight fit and screens out particles before they can clog the system
