A water-based acrylic top coat. Used in conjunction with the HydroStop PremiumCoat Foundation Coat and HydroStop PremiumCoat Fabric, it creates the HydroStop PremiumCoat System. It is low VOC, has superior UV and weather resistance and is simple to apply and maintain.
