DEWALT "big back" blue steel taping knives are designed and manufactured using nearly 20-years of input from professional finishers. They feature wider, thicker anodized backplates and large blades, so they can be loaded with more drywall mud versus standard-sized blades. The blue steel blades provide precise flex. The blades are lightly lacquered for initial corrosion resistance. Comfortable, anti-slip soft-grip handles minimize fatigue for all-day use and are strengthened with glass-reinforced nylon cores. The handles are double-riveted to the blade plates for additional strength and durability. These knives also feature a metal hammer end for resetting drywall nails. Set includes a BONUS 6 in. carbon steel joint knife with soft grip handle.
