The Loop End is our Easy Stretch 30" one piece Cinch Cord with a nylon hook or fixed end hook integrated into one end and a loop on the other. This bungee is great for storage and organization. The Nylon end won’t scratch or gouge. Imagine you can't get the hook around a tie down point, instead you can wrap the loop around or through and pull the hook through the loop end. Now the bungee is secure and attach.
