Connect your drip tubing or dripline to your water source with the 1/2 in. X 3/4 in. FHT Compression Swivel Adapter. Designed for convenience, the built-in swivel keeps the tubing from bending and kinking when installing the adapter in place. Threads onto a hose bibb or garden hose on one end; 1/2 in. supply tubing inserts into the compression ring on the other end, where an internal barb compresses the tubing for a watertight fit. Filter washer inside screens out particles. Compression swivel adapter is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors to prevent cracking.
- Connect 1/2 in. distribution tubing or dripline to your water source; built-in swivel allows you to add or remove the adapter without twisting and potentially kinking the tubing; Connect to water source, such as a hose bibb or garden hose
- Fits ½ in. tubing and dripline with outside diameter of 0.620 in. on one end, 3/4 in. MHT connection point on opposite end
- Thread the 3/4 in. FHT connection point of the adapter onto the MHT connection point on hose bibb or garden hose; insert the 1/2 in. tubing into the other end of the compression fitting, where an internal barb holds it in place
- Built-in swivel makes it convenient to remove or attach adapter without twisting and potentially kinking the tubing
- Compression fitting creates a watertight seal; internal barb that compresses the inserted tubing to hold it in place; unlike a barbed fitting, the tubing is not stretched out to connect to the fitting
- Filter washer inside the adapter ensures a watertight fit and screens out particles before they can clog the system
